After Two Years
Families who bravely opened their lives to the camera became part of a larger collective story—one that belongs not only to Boise but to all of us who lived through those uncertain days. More than photographs, the Porch Story Project is about memory, presence, and belonging. It honors the quiet, ordinary moments that became extraordinary when the world shifted, inviting us to pause, reflect, and witness what it meant to endure, adapt, and still find light in unexpected places. These images and stories serve not only as a time capsule, but as a reminder that even in times of separation, we find ways to connect.
